First, let me say that we bought this bike primarily for women to ride on, and it’s a perfect fit. The strain and pressure on my knees and back are much less, which is a huge plus.
My husband is tall and well-built (not overweight), and he found the seat to be very comfortable around his hips. I’m about 50 kg, and the belt doesn’t stretch. Read more about the review, which notes it’s “perfect for primary use.” I sit very low on it, but with a little more flexibility, that wouldn’t be a problem. Placing a pillow under my husband would also solve the PIV issue, but oral sex would require multiple pillows.

This is a fantastic product that has been a huge help to my wife and me. The only improvement would be if the elastic straps for the seat were adjustable. They’re firm, but the elasticity varies depending on your weight. When I lay on it, my wife’s “aha” spot (yes, we’ve tried vaginal and back holes) sags a bit too far and flattens my head (she usually wears around a size AU 16).
